Photos will be available starting 2-3 days after each event and may take upto 2 weeks for all photos to be processed and uploaded to galleries. We are handling tens of thousands of photos and sometimes we are travelling, proper internet connectivity and various factors. We try to get it online as soon as possible.

Videos will be processed and download link provided in 2-4 weeks after each event.

Photos and videos taken at various dance competitions will be available for purchase from the respective galleries.

• Dance routines are grouped by numbers starting from (1-100, 101-200.... 501-600)

• Select the group, find and view the album for the dance routine

• The album can be added to the cart as a package or just photos from the Item List

• Only Videos can also be added from the Item List

• For multiple routines, all items can be added prior to final checkout

• During check out, please add notes and routines numbers

The email help the user to add items to the cart or mark favorite and come back later view more galleries.

The watermarks are for copyright protection. Once purchased the download files will only have the signature watermarks and the other marks will be removed.

Yes, most photos are available for print purchase and various other products. However not all sizes and products are listed online. If you have a specific size or product that you need, please let us know.

In certain cases photos may have been misplaced or mislabeled for a different routine. Please contact us with the dance number, day, time and a picture of the dancer in their costume and we will try to find it and get back to you. There is a very rare possibility that some photos may have been lost.

Videos are not available for online viewing but a download link will be sent after purchase. We have few sample videos to watch and most videos are similar quality. In case any video doesn't meet our expectations and standards we will encourage you not to purchase. Very rarely, but sometimes due to technical difficulties some videos may not meet our standards.

While there are several different formats available, certain cameras generate files in a specific format that may not be compatible with all devices. We have to convert to more generic format after puchase and provide download link.

All purchases are final. Please be careful to pick the correct routine for purchase. In certain cases where the videos do not meet our standards or not properly recorded due to technical difficulties and you have already purchased we will we will refund the video portion of the payment.
